    Citrulline Malate Title

    Benefits: Citrulline increase nitric oxide production for better pump and vascularity. Malic acid (malate) boosts exercise capacity. 

    Basics: Citrulline comes in two forms, L-Citrulline and Citrulline Malate. L-Citrulline is the free form amino acid, while Citrulline Malate is simply the free form amino attached to a malic acid molecule. In small doses, L-Citrulline provides a nice pump, while Citrulline Malate gives an endurance boost. At a higher dose, Citrulline Malate provides both of these benefits. Up to 80% of the Citrulline Malate that you consume goes towards increasing NO levels. 


    Agmatine Sulfate Title

    Benefits: Further increase nitric oxide production for better pump and vascularity. 

    Basics: While Agmatine Sulfate is not an amino acid, it is derived from the amino acid L-Arginine through a process called decarboxylation. It has a number of benefits, much of them the same as L-Arginine, but with more potency. It can help to provide a mental edge, acts as an anti-oxidant, boosts Nitric Oxide, and can help to enhance and improve the body's insulin response.

    Basics: Betaine is a natural nutrient that is found in many healthy foods including whole grain, beets, and spinach. Our products contain BetaPower, a highly researched, highly pure form of betaine that is extracted from sugar beet molasses.

    Betaine aids in a number of processes in the body, but one of its most important functions is as a methyl group (CH3) donor. These methyl groups are needed for over one hundred different reactions that are essential for normal cell function. These include the synthesis of creatine, carnitine, and epinephrine (aka adrenaline). All of these play a role in enhancing physical performance.


    Carnosyn® Beta Alanine Title

    Basics: If you have ever taken a pre workout and felt the tingling sensation in your face, you have Beta Alanine to thank. Beta Alanine increases muscle carnosine levels, which in turn acts as a lactic acid buffer.

    When you exercise, lactic acid builds in your muscles, which leads to the burning and muscle soreness that we have all felt. Beta Alanine works by increasing the carnosine levels in your muscles, which in turn reduces the lactic acid buildup. This allows your muscle acidity to stay in a more optimal range, enabling you to workout harder and for an increased duration.
